Burlington Coat Factory: Burlington Coat Factory opened their new store at 1616 W Mason St. in September 2013 and employs more than 50 people. Burlington occupies one of two main retail spaces that was made available in the $6 million renovation of the former Cub Foods building on the corner of Military Avenue and W. Mason St. Burlington is a leading off-price apparel, home, and baby product retailer with over 500 stores in 44 states.
Michaels: Michaels occupies 25,000 SF of retail space in the former Cub Foods building at 1616 W. Mason St and employs more than 60 people. The new Michaels store opened on April 6, 2014 and replaced a smaller location that had also been located in the Military Avenue BID. Irving, Texas-based Michaels Stores, Inc., is North America’s largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall decor and seasonal merchandise for the hobbyist and do-it-yourself home decorator. The company currently owns and operates more than 1,135 Michaels stores in 49 states and Canada.
Fox Communities Credit Union: Fox Communities has served the Appleton, Green Bay and the Greater Fox Cities community for over 75 years with 15 locations in nine 9 counties, more than 290 employees, and over $935 million in assets. Fox Communities Credit Union’s new 4,400 SF location at 411 S. Military Avenue opened in March 2014 and is a full service branch with consumer and mortgage lending, easy access drive up and a drive up ATM. The credit union is a member-owned cooperative with the primary mission of enriching the quality of life for our members through personalized financial services.
Broadway Automotive: Broadway Automotive is a family owned automotive dealership group which has proudly served the families and communities of Northeastern Wisconsin since 1916. A long-time resident of the district, Broadway completed a multi-million dollar expansion of their Military Avenue location in March 2015. Broadway carries full lines of new Ford, Hyundai, Chevrolet, and Volkswagen products, as well as a massive selection of pre-owned vehicles.In addition, Broadway’s service, parts, and collision departments are staffed by trained, dedicated professionals who are committed to meeting every customer’s automotive needs.
Cellcom: In February 2015 Cellcom opened a new retail location at 1620 W.Mason St. The store opened in a newly constructed building near the Military Avenue intersection and features a repair center as well as retail space. It is the thirtieth retail location for the local wireless carrier. Cellcom offers 4G LTE, 3G and voice service and has nationwide coverage, plans with shareable data and the most popular smartphones.

TJ Maxx: T.J. Maxx at 1505 W. Mason St. is an anchor tenant of the Green Bay Plaza (located on the corner of Military Ave. and W. Mason St.) , one the premier shopping destinations on the west side of Green Bay. The Green Bay location is one of the highest volume T.J. Shopko: 216 S. Military Ave. is home to one of the original Shopko stores. Shopko was founded in 1962, and is headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A leader in the grocery retailing industry, ALDI operates more than 1,200 sores US stores in 32 states.
