Steve’s produce is amazing!
In addition to his great produce, he works alongside his family with the best egg rolls and stuffed chicken wings. You can find them at the Market on Military every Thursday from 3-7 in the Green Bay Plaza parking lot.
It’s getting to the end of asparagus season but Steve’s booth has great, tender and thin stalks, perfect for pan frying until they are a little crunchy.
Right now the beets are just ready. My favorite is sauteing the beet greens in olive oil with a little salt and pepper. Steve’s beet greens are so bright and tender. Oh,,,,, now I have to go cook up my haul from yesterday!
